ever wonder wat's it is like to have a boss who starts pointing fingers to her employees once a prob arises?even if it's her own fault?
how i dislike such management. when prob arises, the first thing to do is to work together to solve the prob.
many a times, i feel tt sar n i are felling deep into a pit full of traps tt we do not even aware of. the feeling is very very bad..it feels tt we are in danger any moment.
i have worked for other companies but none are like tis..
but it's true tt the work load is very slack but there are times when i feel overloaded with tons n tons of unfinished work.
i truely hope me n sar will be able to pass thru this wk peacefully..
